Procedures for returning and/or exchanging products:You may return CD-ROMs or sealed material unopened in their original sealed container within 10 days of purchase and/or shipment for a 90% refund (shipping and handling fees and credit card fees are non-refundable). Purchases over 10 days are non-refundable. Once opened, if your order was received with damage, you can return the product for exchange only up to 30 days from date of purchase. Online courses once started or over 10 days from date of purchase are non-refundable. Online courses not started and less than 10 days from date of purchase are authorized a 90% refund minus the cost of any applicable study material already printed and mailed out. ) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 2. Once you have obtained this RMA number place it clearly on the outside of the returning package to ensure prompt processing.* 3. Place a copy of the original sales receipt along with the item in the returning package and mail to the address given by your Sales Representative.
* Each return for refund must be sent to us within 10 working days of the invoice date, and must be in new “unsealed” condition. Logical Security reserves the right to refuse damaged, opened or incomplete returns.

If the cancellation request is more than 30 days from the class start date, the refund will be given minus a 10% administration/cancellation fee and the cost of any applicable study material already printed and mailed out. 3. If the cancellation request is within 30 days of the class start date, rescheduling of the individual into another confirmed class will be authorized. There will be no refunds of a cancellation within 30 days of a class start date. 4. No-shows for scheduled class, can only reschedule for a comfirmed future class, if reasonable cause for not attending can be provided, at least 5 day prior to class start date.
5. No-shows for a scheduled class due to emergencies are also allowed to reschedule for a confirmed future class. 6. If by chance the originally purchased class has been cancelled by Logical Security, the amount refunded will be 100%.
